Did you know the Dam creates a nightly dinner special priced around $17.95.  Recent Dinner specials have included Blackened Shrimp Thai Style with Green Curry, Peppercorn Dijon Beef Medallions and Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry.  The chefs try to come up with something that is different from the regular menu.  They like a Fusion style working with a variety of flavors from all over the world.  Call the Dam after 4 p.m. to find out that night’s special.

Matt loved working in tie dyes, so in memory of him we brought back the “Get Your Own DAM Beer”  tie dye shirt and put his MJL initials on the sleeve.  Only available at the brewery.  They are going fast so stop in soon.  Matt J. Luhr was our beloved Brewmaster who died unexpectedly in October.

Pallavicini Porter and a smaller batch of Neapolitan Porter flavored with Raspberry and Vanilla, will hit the Dam taps on February 11.  The Neopolitan Porter is only a three barrel batch and it won’t be listed on the menu so remember to ask for it.
