Saison du Summat
Brewed just in time for Spring sun and snow. “I wanted to brew a nice, easy drinking Saison with a little more kick than our Farmhouse Blonde which we brewed last year. This beer has a slightly drier, fruitier finish, and a bit more body. I try to keep at least a few Belgian beers on tap all the time. This yeast will then go into our High Speed Quad which will be returning later this spring,” said Brewmaster Mike Bennett.
