Fayhee will be reading from his new book – Bottoms Up — M John Fayhee’s Greatest Hits from the Mountain Gazette – and signing books at a book release party not to be missed. Books, which are published by Round Mountain Publishing, are available at the Dam for $15.95 plus tax. Arnie J. Green will start playing after John’s gig to keep the party going. Arnie will also be hosting Open Mic Night starting at 8 p.m.
It’s a “Sex” Party at the Dam. KSMT & the DAM will be giving away 50 passes to Sex & The City 2 tonight during happy hour from 4-6 p.m. Wear your favorite SATC outfit and have an additional chance to win. These passes are good for any of the screenings for SATC2. KSMT will be there live reporting on the party and we’ll give you a live report from Skyline Cinema whether the 7 p.m. show is sold out. We’ll be serving Cosmos, Martinis, Melon Ballers and Velvet Peaches tonight and all weekend in celebration of the show. It’s all about a Girls Night Out with friends. So stop by and share in the fun.
The Dam Brewery is sponsoring the annual Red Ball Beach Bash at Arapahoe Basin on Saturday, May 8. It’s a wacky day full of contests ending with the roll of the Red Balls down the mountain to determine the winning lottery number. The Dam is hosting the official Red Ball After Party — after the lifts are closed at the ‘Basin, head to the brewery for dam good beer and food. All proceeds from the event benefit Summer Camp Scholarships to the Keystone Science School.
