Hoporter

The Hoporter is at once balanced and drinkable, yet complex and dangerous. Pairing rich, dark malts with zesty American hops in an amazingly quaffable 7.6% abv. $4.74 for an 8 oz snifter.  No happy hour.

Hot Laps Session IPA

This light, refreshing session ale was brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic, Triple Perle and Columbus hops to give a refreshing, slightly fruity, citrus hop flavor. A great beer to enjoy after a day of spring hot laps on the slopes of Summit County. Lap it up… 4.5% abv

Chili Lager

A light, crisp Mexican-style lager with over 33 lbs of fresh roasted green chilies.  Jalapeno, poblano, anaheim, habenero and even some sweet-n-spicy Fresno chilies.  The chilies this season were on the mild side, so while it smells of spicy green chili, the flavor is actually quite mild and very drinkable. Summit County Saison

An Imperial Saison.  This Belgian farmhouse ale was brewed with additions of lemongrass, clove, ginger, and rosemary and fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast producing a spicy but smooth farmhouse character at a dry 7.8% ABV. $4.75 8 oz snifter. $3 sampler. No happy hour

Chocolate Milk Stout

This small batch stout was brewed with Leadville’s Daring Chocolate Company organic Nicaraguan cocoa nibs and milk sugar to give you a nice, smooth, chocolaty-sweet treat you can enjoy till the cows come home. 5% abv $4.75 8 oz snifter. $3 sampler.  No happy hour. Will probably run out by March 8, 2015.

Safety Meeting Barleywine

A collaboration brew created by all Summit County breweries and dedicated to Summit Search & Rescue.  Northern Brewer & Mosaic hops, dates, figs, Belgian candy sugar, Munich & Special B malts. 10.1% abv. Served in snifters.

East Wall ESB

This Extra Special British Ale was brewed using imported British malts and hops for a mild flavor balanced between toasty, fresh-baked biscuit like malts and earthy, floral hops. ~ 5.7% ABV.

Exit 205 Ale

Very light in color and body but greets the nose with a rich aroma of mild, toasted malts and fresh, citrusy hops. It starts with a nice, fresh orange-grapefruit flavor but finishes light and dry, clean and crisp. 5.8% abv

Wildernest Wheat

Wildernest Wheat
This fully-filtered,  American-style wheat is an easy drinking beer. Light straw color with a bit of creaminess in the body from the white wheat, and a hint of grassiness from the mild German hops. 5.25% abv

Paradise Pilsner

Paradise Pilsner
Brewed with the lightest malts available -- Pilsen and a touch of Munich -- to slightly balance out the sharp, spicy German hops in this crisp, refreshing lager. 5% abv

Dam Straight Lager

Dam Straight Lager
A  smooth, medium-bodied Vienna lager with caramel malts and a light hop character. 5% abv

Extra Pale Ale

Extra Pale Ale
Medium bodied well-balanced pale ale with a healthy dose of citrus and floral American hops. 6.1% abv

Sweet George's Brown

Sweet George's Brown
It's a creamy English-style ale. Brewed with a variety of brown and caramel malts, it is lightly hopped and finishes with a hint of chocolate in its flavor and aroma. 5.4% abv
