New Menu Items!

We launched new menu items this week going for more flavor, more nutrition and new choices to match our bolder, hoppy beers.  Check out the San Pietro Flatbread, Street Tacos, Pasta Sambrosa, Steak Sandwich, Hummus Du Jour and many more. Served every Thu from 6-10 p.m., Sat & Sun all day and Mon 6-10 p.m. through the playoffs.  We also added the SEC package to our Thursday Night Football, Big Ten, ESPN Gameday and NFL Ticket.  Enjoy all your favorite football action on 11 TVs.  Football Menu 2014-2015:  Riblets- Smoked beef chuck riblets tossed in Stout BBQ sauce and fried and lightly salted shishito peppers. $6; Street Tacos- 2 flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken with green chilies, spicy coleslaw, Monterey jack cheese, cilantro, and tequila lime aioli $5; Skins- 2 potato skins fried and filled with melted cheddar cheese and bacon, garnished with scallions; served with sundance sauce. $5; Bahn Mi- Pulled pork in a soft Asian steamed bun topped with a zesty slaw. $5.

The new Dam Football Menu starts Thursday Sept. 5 when the Broncos take on the Ravens, 6:30 p.m.  Served every Thur, Sat, Sun & Mon Night during games throughout the season.  We have ESPN College Game Day, The Big Ten Network & The NFL Ticket on 11 TVs.  Try our new ‘Tato Skins, Bangers & Mash, Green Chili Jalapeno Dip, Sweet & Spicy Meatballs all $4.50 & under.


Brewmaster’s Dinner Tonight 6:30 pm

To kick off the Dillon Brew Festival, we are throwing a Brewmaster’s Dinner featuring unique beer and food pairings created by our Brewmaster Cory Forster and Chef Jerame Maes.  The dinner features five courses of carefully prepared food to match DAM seasonal and specialty beers. Check out the menu here.  $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Cory and Jerame will introduce all the pairings and answer guest questions throughout the evening.
