This is one of the best pairings ever. The East Wall Amber which is an Extra Special British ale balances the sweetness of the brownie, cinnamon ice cream and whipped cream. You wouldn’t guess that a sweet dessert like this would go with any beer. Try it soon before the Amber runs out.
