Dave Blevins Named Head Chef
The Dam is pleased to announce that Dave Blevins has accepted the position of Head Chef. Dave has worked for the Dam Brewery for over 6 years and has a passion for cooking and leading a strong team in the kitchen. Originally from Branson, MO, Dave moved to Colorado in 1988. He understands the challenges of the Dam’s fast-paced kitchen. He has already added a few new items to the menu and put a new twist on some popular items: he improved the Vienna Beer Cheese Soup making it a vegetarian dish; added the Blue Buffalo burger which features our buffalo sauce; and added hand-cut ribeyes, honey chipotle chicken and creamy tomato basil pesto cheese tortellini to the Pub Dinner menu. You will also see his style in the Daily Lunch Specials offered Mon-Fri and the Signature Burger Night every Wednesday. Congratulations Dave!
