Lenawee India Pale Ale. Well folks, it’s finally here: Dillon DAM Brewery’s first big batch of IPA. It is the anti-thesis of a balanced beer: light in color and malt, with barely a hint of reddish-orange in its deep golden hue, but hugely hopped to tingle the tongues of the most demanding Hop-Heads! Piney Chinook and Spicy Columbus play nicely with the classic Citrusy-Floral Cascade and a good dose of Hopunion’s special blend of Northwest hops, Falconer’s Flight for a hop sensation that’ll feel like it left claw marks across your tongue and leaves you begging for mercy…or more, if hops is all you wanted to taste today!! Are you ready for the DAM HOPPINESS!?!?? Slightly over 6% ABV

The 2nd Tuesday of every month the Dillon Dam Brewery hosts Tap It Tuesday. The Dam features a special beer from the brewmaster’s unique stash. We tap a 5 gallon keg at 5 p.m. and the beers are $5 per half pint until its gone. The January 10 beer will be: Imperial Black Weiss that’s been aged on Malbec and Cabernet soaked blackcherry woodchips. The spice of the Weihenstephan yeast should play nicely with the zip of the Malbec while the cherry and chocolate flavors marry the berries and oak of the Cab.
